Initial fee of $79.99 is charged that includes initial diagnosis & upon diagnosis our experts advise the cost depending upon any part replacement.

To avoid fraud and secure both ourselves and customers if any repair request flags up with fraudulent activity, we request customers to provide additional information to approve the order.

What is not covered under accidental warranty?

Our accidental warranty does not cover the result of repair, if certain pre-repair conditions exist, consisting:

Track Your Device

You can track your device if your device has been picked up to be shipped to our repair center. We will provide you a prepaid shipping label to ship your device to us and make the repair process easier. After shipping your device, you can check the live location by using “Track Device Shipment” on UPS.

We will send you a notification after receiving your device. Once the repair is done, we may send you local UPS drop-off location to collect the device or we may ship your device back to your location with a shipment tracking code.
